Spa Services

Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Arriving Late

If you arrive late for your appointment, your service may be shortened or rescheduled so as not to delay the next scheduled guest.

Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments you select are reserved especially for you. We understand that unforeseen circumstances come up and we are happy to reschedule your appointments with a 24 hour notice. If a 24 hour notice is not given to us for three appointments, we require that only same-day appointments be scheduled for at least three future appointments.

Cell Phones

In consideration of other guests, we ask that cell phones are turned off or silenced during your spa visit.

Gift Certificates

We sell gift certificates in any dollar denomination allowing your guest the most flexibility in choosing their spa visit.

Gift certificates are non-refundable and never expire.

Product Returns & Exchanges

It is our policy that every customer can only return/exchange up to 3 products in a 30 day period, with the exception of defective products. Products can only be returned within 30 days of purchase with receipt.
