Spa Services

Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Arriving Late

If you arrive late for your appointment, your service may be shortened or rescheduled so as not to delay the next scheduled guest.

Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments you select are reserved especially for you. We understand that unforeseen circumstances come up, and we are happy to reschedule your appointments with a 24-hour notice. If a 24-hour notice is not given to us for three appointments, we require that only same-day appointments be scheduled for at least three future appointments.

Cell Phones

In consideration of other guests, we ask that cell phones are turned off or silenced during your spa visit.

Gift Certificates

We sell gift certificates in any dollar denomination, allowing your gift recipient the most flexibility in choosing their spa visit. Gift certificates are non-refundable and never expire.

Product Returns & Exchanges

It is our policy that every customer can only return or exchange up to three products in a 30-day period, with the exception of defective products. Products can only be returned with receipt within 30 days of purchase.


  • Waxing: Your hair needs to be a minimum length of 1/4 inch. This takes 3-4 weeks of normal growing time.
  • Facials: Consult with your esthetician before treatment to discuss your options and what will benefit you the most. Please let your esthetician know if you prefer more massage or if you want your pores extracted. It's easier for us to meet your needs if you tell us what you want. Your esthetician will be sure to make you aware of any extra charges associated with additional services you request.

Many customers forget to schedule waxing and ask to have it done during their facial. If you're in this situation, simply let your esthetician know. If we have the time, we'd be absolutely happy to accommodate you!


Q. Is it necessary to talk to my esthetician during the service?

A. If you feel like chatting, go ahead! If you don't, lie down and zone out. The technician will let you be the guide.

Q. Should I tip? What's usual and customary?

A. Leaving gratuities for work well-done is customary, but of course is always optional. Average tips range between 15%-20% of the service total.
